Junior Support Analyst

Part-Time

Bluetorch Consulting is seeking a Junior Support Analyst to join us on a part-time basis. You'll work directly on client accounts, providing technical support across web platforms, CRM systems, email marketing tools, and more. This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same—from troubleshooting NationBuilder issues to configuring WordPress sites, assisting with data management, and helping implement AI-driven workflows.

You'll engage with and support a wide range of people—from volunteers and grassroots campaigners to senior political leaders—so strong communication and professionalism are essential. Responding to emails and support tickets promptly and thoroughly is a core part of the role. We're looking for someone who will contribute to the overall growth of the business, is comfortable engaging directly with clients, and thrives in a collaborative environment where ideas and suggestions are welcomed.

The position is offered on a 3-month initial term with scope for extension, employed by Bluetorch Consulting Ltd. We require flexible working hours to meet client needs, and the role is well-suited to someone looking to build experience in political technology and digital consulting. Experience in the political sector is ideal though not required—what matters most is technical ability and a willingness to learn.

What You'll Be Doing

Providing front-line technical support for client platforms
Responding to emails and support tickets promptly and professionally
Engaging with clients, volunteers, and senior stakeholders
Managing and updating WordPress and NationBuilder sites
Configuring email campaigns in Mailchimp, Brevo, and similar tools
Assisting with data imports, exports, and CRM maintenance
Testing websites, forms, and integrations for quality assurance
Supporting content updates including copy, images, and SEO
Helping implement AI tools and automation workflows
Documenting processes and creating user guides for clients
